Structural Forensic Testing and NDT Services

OmniVueNDT offers a broad range of non-destructive testing (NDT) and structural forensic services to evaluate existing conditions without compromising structural integrity. These services include concrete NDT using ground penetrating radar (GPR), ultrasonic testing (UT), concrete chemistry and petrography, and material identification for steel and wood components.

Additional services include structural component testing, roof tie-back and davit load testing, façade and roof surveys using infrared imaging, photogrammetry, and point cloud documentation, as well as laser scanning services.

Geophysical and Subsurface Investigation

Geophysical survey services are provided to identify subsurface features such as voids, sinkholes, underground tanks, buried utilities, and environmental anomalies. OmniVueNDT employs multiple investigative technologies, including electromagnetic methods, magnetometers, GPR, metal detection, radio detection, resistivity, and drone-based surveys.

Collected data can be integrated into GIS databases to support visualization, planning, and long-term asset management.

Construction Materials and Engineering Testing

OmniVueNDT provides construction materials engineering and testing services for asphalt, concrete, masonry, soils, and structural steel. Services include inspection, sampling, and testing to support construction quality control and compliance.

Geotechnical engineering and environmental site assessment services are provided through project management support in coordination with qualified subcontractors. This includes Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, soil classification, strength testing, moisture analysis, and groundwater or surface water sampling.

3D Laser Scanning and Digital Documentation

3D laser scanning and documentation services are provided to support BIM workflows, industrial turnarounds, and facility documentation. Deliverables may include true-color point clouds, structural and geometric models, high-quality drawings, and data compatible with Autodesk platforms. These services support preservation, renovation planning, and accurate as-built documentation.
