Storage Tank Deformation Assessment: Precision 3D Laser Scanning for API 653 Compliance

OmniVueNDT performed a storage tank deformation assessment using terrestrial 3D laser scanning to evaluate settlement and structural deviations. The project required accurate measurement of verticality, shell deformation, and foundation conditions in accordance with API 653 standards. Using high-resolution point cloud data, a detailed 3D model was created to identify irregularities and quantify deviations.
